この度、東京・築地に事務所を開所することとなりました。
それに伴う福岡店の営業に変更はございませんが、
従来通りご来店の際は「営業カレンダー」にて日程をご確認くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
築地事務所の営業について
・1～2か月に一度、約2日ほどの営業を予定しており「完全予約制」となります。
・営業日については月初にホームページ、インスタグラムにてお知らせいたします。
・ご予約は必ずホームページ「CONTACT」からお名前、ご住所、お電話番号、ご希望のお日にちとお時間、ご覧になられたい商品をご入力ください。
（ご希望の添えない場合は日程のご変更をお願い申し上げます。）
・ご予約が確定しましたら弊社からメールを送りしますので、メールの確認を含めご返答いただけますと幸いです。
・築地事務所は大変狭いため、ご商談は近隣のカフェまたは飲食店などで行います。
・商談場所のご希望がございましたら築地以外でもご遠慮なくお申し付けください。
・ご商談に当たりご職業、宗教上などの理由がございましたら最大限配慮致しますのでお申し出ください。
・商品のお取り置きは通常通り「購入前提で商談日含め2日間」とさせて頂きます。
・商品ご購入の際は「クレジットカード払い」または「事前決済」とさせて頂きます。
・時計の修理、ベルト交換のみのご依頼は福岡店へお願いします。
・飛行機の欠航、営業日程の変更の際はお知らせいたします。
・無断キャンセル、自身の営業活動は固くお断りいたします。
・上記の内容は随時変更する場合がございます。
築地事務所につきましては英語、フランス語、アラビア語に精通した翻訳家も常駐できますので、
ご希望のお客様は事前にお知らせください。
（スタッフの都合により承れない場合もございます）
今回の築地事務所についてはしばらく様子を見ながらの営業となりますので、
急な変更や至らない部分も多数あるかもしれませんが、
お客様のご希望に可能な限り添えるよう尽力致しますので、
ご理解いただけますと幸いです。

As we have previously announced, we have now opened an office in Tsukiji, Tokyo.
There is no change in the business hours of headquarter in Fukuoka.
However, please check "Business Calendar" when you visit us as before.
Tsukiji Office
・Tsukiji office will be open for two days in every one or two months “by appointment only.”
・The opening days will be announced at the beginning of each month on our website and Instagram.
・When you would like to make an appointment, please access to “「CONTACT」” on our website, and leave your name, address, phone number, preferred date and time, and the products you would like to see.
(Please reschedule your appointment if we are unable to accommodate your request.)
・We will e-mail you to confirm your reservation. We would appreciate it if you could reply to reconfirm your appointment.
・As for Tsukiji branch is very small, we will arrange the meeting at a nearby coffee shop or restaurant.
・Please do not hesitate to let us know when you have a preferred location in Tokyo other than Tsukiji.
・Please let us know if you have any professional or religious requests on the meeting, so that we can make the utmost effort to accommodate you.
・Please note that, as usual, we can place your order for “two days including the day of the meeting, only on the assumption that you intend to purchase the product.”
・We accept “credit card payment only.”
・For watch repair or belt replacement, please contact Fukuoka headquarter.
・We will notify you in case of flight cancellation or change of business schedule.
・Please refrain from cancelling without notice and sales activities.
・The above information is subject to change at any time.
・Fluent interpreters in English, French, and Arabic are available at our Tsukiji office. Please let us know in advance if you would like to have.

Tsukiji office at the moment has been operating while monitoring the situation for several months. Please understand that we will try our best to meet your request as much as possible although there may be sudden changes and inadequates.
