Payment method

We accept Credit card online(Visa/Master/Amex/Diners) or PayPal.



  • Shipping method is EMS (Japan Express Mail Service) or FedEX.
  • Tracking number will be provided, and insurance will cover if the item is damaged or missing in the shipping process.(The amount of compensation depends on the shipping company.)
  • We will ship within 1~2 business days after we confirm your payment.
  • EMS is available from Monday to Saturday 17 o'clock in Japan time.
  • Please note that it will take longer than usual to ship and arrive if there are Saturdays and Sundays in between.
  • We do not accept to declare lower value on shipping label or invoice. We will declare full value on them.(Stating undervalue is considered a tax evasion, so we ship with the correct price.)

5. Conditions

About warranty and return policy

・One year warranty against natural malfunctions of movement that occur under normal use.
(limited cases approved by our designated watch repairer.)
(excluding products repaired by the manufacturer.)
(When obtaining the warranty, you will be responsible for shipping costs to and from our shop.)

・All parts are being sold in the condition they are appearing on the pictures and as per the description. We strongly recommend you to read item description very carefully and inquire more details or clarification before you place an order.

・As per the store policy, order cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

・All products description being offered is as a reference and there might be automated translation misleads or even mistakes, because an online translation tool is being used. If required we suggest you to inquire us for more information before proceeding with the order to avoid any issues.

About delivery

・In case of damage, we strongly recommend you to send us evidence pictures along with package inner and outer appearance where it is clearly possible to confirm the damage, and file a damage claim to shipping company within 2 days after delivery is performed.

A, you will be charged customs duties when you receive your watch.

Q. When and how should I pay the customs duty?
A. The customs duty may be paid to the delivery company when you receive the package, or it may have to be paid directly to customs.
Details vary depending on where you live, so check with your preferred shipping company.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Due to store policy, orders can not be canceled. To avoid problems, we strongly recommend that you thoroughly review the condition and description of the parts or request additional information before proceeding with your order.

Q. Why is shipping not available in my country?
A. The shipping company may not be able to arrange delivery to your country.

Q. Are all taxes included in the total?
A. The total price includes only shipping and merchandise. Import duties are not included because they are paid in your country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

A. All items listed online are in stock if they are not labeled "sold out."
Sometimes you're having problems with your Internet connection, so it's a good idea to try again in a few minutes.

A. Prices shown on the product page do not include shipping and import duties. Shipping is paid additionally when you order, but import duties are paid when you ship to your country.
