Due to the deteriorating situation in the Middle East and changes in US tariff rates, we have changed the shipping company from EMS to DHL for orders from some countries.

Shipping
We ship by EMS (Japan Post) or DHL, depending on the destination. Enter your shipping address to check the available shipping options and actual shipping cost.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance and shipping conditions may cause delays.
Dispatch
We normally ship within two business days after confirming payment.
Leather strap changes or additional bracelet links may require extra time.
Tracking and insurance
- We provide a tracking number after dispatch.
- All watches are shipped with insurance coverage equal to the purchase price.
Payment Methods
For international orders, we accept:
- Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club
- PayPal: credit card or account payment
- Wise: bank transfer or account payment
Cards issued outside Japan: Our installment and bonus payment options are not available.
Import Duties & Taxes
Orders from outside Japan are processed without Japanese consumption tax. Import duties and taxes may be charged upon receipt.

Customs declarations
We cannot accommodate requests to declare a value lower than the purchase price or mark a purchased item as a gift to reduce import duties or taxes.
If import duties or taxes are not paid
If import duties or taxes are not paid and the package is returned to us, your order will not be cancelled. You will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and the cost of reshipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will contact you with instructions for reshipping and the shipping charges.
Warranty & After-Sales Service
Warranty period: one year
We provide a one-year warranty against movement faults that occur under normal use.
Shipping costs for warranty claims
You are responsible for shipping costs to and from our shop when claiming the warranty.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to store policy, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We do not accept returns or cancellations due to customer preference.
Faults covered by the warranty are handled through repairs, rather than returns.
Tax-Free Shopping at Our Showroom
The following information is for eligible visitors purchasing at our Tokyo Odaiba showroom and taking their purchases out of Japan themselves.
Purchases up to 31 October 2026
Under the current system, eligible tax-free purchases are made without Japanese consumption tax at the time of purchase.
Purchases from 1 November 2026
Japan's tax-free shopping system will change to a refund-based system.
Customers must pay the full purchase price, including 10% Japanese consumption tax, at the time of purchase. The consumption tax amount will be refunded after the required customs confirmation, minus applicable processing and refund fees.

Refund Methods & Processing Fees
Refunds can be made through supported credit cards, digital wallets, or bank transfers, depending on the destination country and available services.
Processing and refund fees will be deducted from the consumption tax amount.
For credit card refunds, the total fee is approximately 1.5% of the tax-inclusive purchase price.
Actual fees may vary depending on the refund method, transaction amount, and exchange rate.

Important Information
- A valid passport is required for tax-free purchases.
- Tax-free shopping is available only to eligible customers.
- Customs confirmation is required when departing Japan.
- Refunds cannot be issued without the required customs confirmation.
