Today I continued doing detailed work for the first time in a while.
Inspecting incoming goods and cleaning cases before overhaul.
When the product arrives, the first thing we do is take it apart.

Remove the watch from the case and remove the bezel and crystal.
Clean the case to remove dirt and discoloration that has built up in the gaps.
Then let it dry and reassemble.
When doing this, check that there are no "cavities" in the plastic windshield.
If there is a nest, replace the windshield.
After these steps are completed, the overhaul will begin.
It's a surprisingly long journey from when it arrives to when it's on sale (laughs).
This time we will start with the Road Marvel 36000 and do the same process with the remaining two.
Because we take so much effort into making these products and selling them, we somehow grow attached to them, even though they are just products.
I think that even if a vintage watch is damaged, it is different if it is dirty.
I want to make it as clean as possible before selling it, so I do everything I can myself.
I am looking forward to the day when these watches will be serviced and put on the website.
The joy I feel when someone buys something from me is something special.
The overhaul is scheduled to be completed in about three weeks,
Please look forward to it!
