主治医だった先生の「真剣さ」のおかげ。

It was all thanks to the "seriousness" of my doctor.

Yesterday, one of the things I want to do since moving to Tokyo was

"Returning to Kisarazu as a family" was a reality for the first time in 11 years.

I wanted to leave at 8am and do this and that,

A major accident on the Metropolitan Expressway caused huge traffic jams.

We left Mitsui Outlet Park in Kisarazu, an hour later than planned.

It has expanded to nearly three times its size since we lived there, and there is an amusement park nearby.

There is also a Costco just a 5 minute drive away.

The area around the Aqua Line was bustling,

If you go a little further away, the rural scenery remains unchanged.

This is great!

I used to live in the "Seinan" area.

At the time, it was a commuter town under development, with Aeon Town, Yamada Denki,

There was also a beautiful Don Quixote,

The number of shops has increased, making it even more livable.

It feels like yesterday that I took my older child for a walk around the neighborhood.

Once again, I realize what a great place I live in.

And the place I wanted to go to most this time was the obstetrics and gynecology clinic that had taken care of me.

The closest obstetrics and gynecology hospital to where I lived.

It is one of the few obstetrics and gynecology clinics in Kisarazu, and it seems to have been around for quite some time.

My doctor is quite elderly and is apparently the second generation doctor.

Apparently, he has also published books in the past.

He looks intimidating, but when he speaks you can tell he is serious about childbirth.

This day was Sunday, which was a day off, and it was a sudden visit, so I didn't meet the doctor,

My oldest child moved to Hiroshima when he was old enough to understand, so he has no memories of Kisarazu.

The reason for the move was due to hydronephrosis, which I have written about several times in the past.

I was informed after giving birth because the shadow was visible on ultrasound during pregnancy,

In most cases, hydronephrosis is discovered after some kind of trouble has occurred after birth.

I'm sure the doctor was considerate enough to not tell me this before the birth.

I was advised to get examined at a large hospital as soon as possible after giving birth.

After that, he was examined at a general hospital and diagnosed with congenital hydronephrosis.

I thought it might be better to have surgery sooner just in case.

I was referred to a famous specialist doctor at Hiroshima City Hospital.

Perhaps it was fate that led me to return to Hiroshima from faraway Kisarazu.

From there, the couple discussed their future plans and decided to start a business.

If I hadn't returned to Hiroshima at that time, I would never have started the shop.

I think we might have continued living in Kisarazu if my child had not had hydronephrosis.

It makes me feel very emotional.

The other day, when I explained the situation to my older child at his regular checkup,

There are very few doctors who notice this before birth,

Apparently there are quite a few people who can give proper and competent advice.

The doctor who helped me with the birth was an old-fashioned guy and was strict at times,

I think that comes from the love that goes into giving birth and the love that goes into the unborn child.

I only lived in Kisarazu for about a year and a half, but

There are many people who helped me when I gave birth and when I started my business.

I can't thank you all enough.

But coming back like this is inevitable for us.

Next time I go to Kisarazu, I'll go to the obstetrics and gynecology department.

I'll have to go and thank the notary public teacher too.

It was a holiday that made me realize how much we are being helped by others.
