Payment Method

We accept Credit cards online (Visa/Master/Amex/Diners) or PayPal.



  • Shipping method is EMS (Japan Express Mail Service) or FedEX.
  • Tracking number will be provided, and insurance will cover if the item is damaged or lost in the shipping process.(The amount of payment depends on the shipping company.)
  • We will ship within 1~2 business days after the confirm of payment.
  • EMS is available from Monday to Saturday at 17 o'clock Japan time.
  • Please note that it will take longer than usual to ship and arrive if it is on weekends.
  • We always declare the full and accurate value on our shipping labels and invoices. Undervaluing is illegal and can be seen as tax evasion, so we adhere to the correct pricing to ensure legal compliance.

About warranty and return policy

・We guarantee against natural breakdown of the movement caused by normal use for a period of one year.

(Only when approved by our designated watch repairer.)

(Excluding watches repaired by the manufacturer.)

( When receiving the warranty, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to and from our store.)

・All parts are sold as pictured and as described in the description. We highly recommend you to read the product description carefully and request a more detailed description if you need before ordering.

・Due to store policy, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

・Due to the use of online translation tools, product descriptions may contain incorrect information. If you need, we suggest you contact us for more detailed information before proceeding with your order to avoid any problems.

About delivery

・If damage is found, please send us a photo of the damage along with the inside and outside of the package, and we will file a damage claim with the shipping company within 2 days of delivery.
