You can pay for overseas mail orders using the following methods:
・Credit Card (Visa/Master/Amex/Diners)
・PayPal (credit card or account payment)
・Wise (bank transfer or account payment)

・One year warranty against natural malfunctions of the movement that occur under normal use.
※When claiming the warranty, you will be responsible for shipping costs to and from our shop.

Due to store policy, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
We do not accept returns or cancellations for customer reasons.
If there is a problem with the watch, we will repair it if it is covered by the warranty. (It is not eligible for return.)

It will be EMS or DHL by Japan Post.
*Depending on the country, EMS cannot be used, therefore it will be shipped by DHL.
*When you enter your shipping address from the shopping cart, the available courier will be displayed.

When you input your shipping address from the shopping cart, the shipping cost will be displayed automatically.
Estimated shipping cost:
EMS: JPY 4,000 ~ JPY 8,000
DHL: Around JPY 20,000

Orders from outside Japan will automatically be charged duty-free, but customs duties may be levied upon receipt.
Please contact the customs office in the country of delivery for information on tariff rates.

※We are not able to declare a lower value or mark the item as a gift on shipping labels or invoices.

※If customs duties are not paid, the item will be returned to us.
In such cases, you will be responsible for the additional return shipping fee.
Orders cannot be canceled.

We will ship your order within 2 business days.
Approximate Delivery Days
EMS: 10 days to 2 weeks from dispatch
DHL: 5- 10 days from dispatch.
Packages are trackable at all times.
*If there is a change of leather strap or an an additional order of bracelet links, the delivery time may be longer.

We will ship all watches with compensation equal to the watch price.
If the watch is damaged after receiving the package, please contact the delivery company immediately.
