A watch to choose in the right place.

My last blog was very well received...by my wife.

He emits a word like "Another Demation" in Saint Seiya,

The person in question was the one who said the misleading words that made second-hand clothing lovers go crazy.

He seems to think that this is the same quote as Mr. Roland's famous ``Me or no one else'' quote.

Aside from that,

As soon as the mask ban was lifted in Japan, the temperature also skyrocketed.

Although my body still hasn't gotten used to the warmth from mid-winter to late spring,

This season makes me feel strangely excited.

However, I think my fellow hay fever sufferers will understand,

Even though the ban on masks has been lifted, masks will still be our forever friends.

Due to the coronavirus, we will still have to wear masks next year,

It will probably be seen as even colder by people overseas.

Why is a coronavirus vaccine created and approved so quickly?

It is a mystery whether a specific medicine for hay fever has yet to be created.

In any case, many things will be eased little by little,

In our house, we often talk about traveling abroad.

However, fuel prices have skyrocketed due to recent developments.

It seems that fuel costs are nearly three times higher than before.

Travel costs are extremely high, not only to Europe and America, but even to Taiwan.

Partly because of that, it is very popular in neighboring South Korea, including among ARMYs.

Although my family would like to take advantage of the resurgent Korean boom,

I'm a little worried about my children's food.

When I went to Korea in the past, things that looked spicy turned out to be much more painful than I expected.

Things that don't seem to be spicy turn out to be more spicy than I expected.

As someone who loves Korean food, I really want to go there, as it is very welcome.

Let's have the little kids put up with the stable Mac.

Traveling overseas is a mixture of excitement and excitement, but it's also fun.

However, when I only think about fun things, I sometimes run into unexpected troubles on-site.

Lost baggage, rip-offs, pushy sales, pickpockets, discrimination...

Well, it's precisely because of such troubles that traveling abroad becomes even more enjoyable.

The local scenery and the interaction with the people you meet will give you a different stimulation from everyday life.

If you win at local food, it can be so moving that your life changes completely.

So, this time, I would like to touch on a little bit about "choosing a watch" when going abroad like a watchmaker.

When I go abroad, I get excited and feel a little stupid, but

What you need to be careful about is managing your valuables.

I don't think many people go out of their way to rent a local safe deposit box.

Since it's a special trip, I can understand why you want to bring along all the special items you need.

However, at least I can say with certainty that there is no country as safe, secure, and clean as Japan.

Countries other than Japan should be more cautious than usual.

Having someone else manage your luggage is out of the question,

There's no way I'd put my luggage on the bench just for the heck of it.

In any case, it's better not to worry about using a hotel safe.

Traveling abroad is a world of "self-responsibility" with no questions asked.

Losing valuables and other personal items is your responsibility, not anyone else's.

conclusion

"Don't take luxury watches or other valuables overseas!"

It may seem like putting the cart before the horse, but it's totally true.

Previously, when a certain fashion-related celebrity went to Italy,

Apparently, he was surrounded by several people on the street at night and was almost killed.

Since he can speak Italian, he said,

"Give me that watch."

It is often said that Japanese people can tell by looking at their appearance, whether it's good or bad.

So when they spot a Japanese person, they follow them from a distance and attack them in a less popular place.

It seems that the person above also had a knife pulled out of him, but he managed to escape in a mad dash through the gap.

I'm glad I was able to escape, but when I imagine not being able to escape,

I'm too scared to go outside.

Traveling overseas, being fashionable, and having fun are things that are only possible if you have life.

That's why when I go abroad, I only wear things that I don't mind getting stolen.

This Grand Seiko is what I wear when I go abroad.

Of course, Grand Seiko is an expensive watch, but

Anyone who sees this will understand.

This is what I created by combining the remaining parts.

I originally bought an old Grand Seiko called 45GS for myself.

I bought a battered all-stainless steel model.

I was thinking of using it myself when I sold the 45GS, so I'm glad it's worn out.

I later acquired a Cap Gold (gold-plated) model as a junk item to use during repairs.

Since only the machine was used, exterior parts were left over.

So I tried various combinations for my watch.

I would never sell a watch like this to a customer.

For myself, I use my own skills to create something unique (lol)

However, he has been using this watch for almost 5 years.

Italy, Hawaii, Taiwan...

You may use it in some way when you need it.

Since I am Japanese, I would like to use the highest quality watches made in Japan overseas.

If someone threatens me while I'm traveling, I won't hesitate to give it to them.

It's good and bad, but if something like this can save my family's life, I don't think anything of it.

I have many memories and a strange attachment to it,

Choose items that you can absolutely afford to lose while abroad.

By the time something happens, it's too late.

By the way, I have no plans to travel abroad at the moment.
