Important: Dress code

I went to "Wolfgang" which was my long-awaited dream .

A famous high-end steakhouse in New York.

It was often featured in the media and people said, ``I want to go there someday!''

Just as I was thinking that, they finally opened a store in Fukuoka!

When I saw it on TV, the steak cost over ¥10,000.

“It’s so expensive~! What kind of steak is that high-class?”

I thought so and couldn't go there, but

Recently, it seems that some reasonably priced items are being offered on the lunch menu.

So I decided to go there once.

The store is located inside the Grand Hyatt next to Canal City.

Not only does the entrance have a luxurious feel, but the inside of the store also has a sophisticated and luxurious atmosphere.

Because this is a store like this, there is a "required dress code" that is not very familiar in Japan.

However, it does not mean that you have to be rash,

It's smart casual so it's OK as long as you don't wear sandals or shorts!

Meanwhile, I went there wearing the extra-thick hemp jacket that I wrote about in my blog the other day, and I was clearly looking forward to it...

Now, I totally agree that there are certain rules for shops like this.

This time it's smart casual,

I think it would be good if more shops had strict dress codes.

because…

``Being properly dressed when eating is the minimum form of courtesy towards the restaurant staff.''

I think so.

Taking this store as an example,

Our store is located on the first floor of a very famous hotel built in a prime location in Fukuoka.

It is estimated that more than several hundred million yen was spent on the interior of the store.

The shop staff are well-educated.

The investment in such a wonderful space is unimaginable.

Someone who buys the best ingredients and cooks them,

They always replaced two clean cloths every time.

The staff will come to take your order as soon as your glass is empty.

Furthermore, the female staff at the reception desk at the entrance is so beautiful that she could even be a model...

It is impossible to look casual at such a high-end store.

Even though you can receive such good service,

Clothing that looks like neighborhood wear is considered a violation of etiquette.

Even when eating, I can't make loud noises or get drunk (lol).

In other words, it makes you think, ``Let's do it right.''

After all, they behaved arrogantly towards the staff just because they paid for it,

A ``Customer is God'' mindset is not appropriate for the occasion.

Rather, the fee you pay can be considered a tuition fee that allows you to reevaluate yourself.

There may be many people who are reasonably confident in their clothes, but

I don't have confidence in my table manners,

I decided to learn about table manners right away.

I want to look at myself and become better,

I was blessed with a truly wonderful opportunity that made me feel strong.

Although it is small, running your own store means

You have to keep growing yourself.

Everything you do, including your words and demeanor, is reflected on the store through you.

We say to all our customers, ``I'm glad you came!'' ``I'm glad I chose this restaurant!''

I decided to try my best to keep saying that.

That's right, the most important taste is...

The meat is soft and fragrant without being greasy.

The menu items other than meat are also delicious and very satisfying.

I want to go again someday
