About the product
At our store, we overhaul all of the watches we sell, regardless of whether they are mechanical or battery-powered.
If parts need to be replaced during an overhaul, we use original parts whenever possible.
At our store, some Cartier products are repaired by the manufacturer because we want to sell them in the best possible condition.
For watches that are listed as "completely serviced by Cartier" on the product page, the manufacturer has replaced the machine with a new one.
For a period of 24 months from the date written on the repair invoice, you can receive a repair guarantee against natural breakdowns at Cartier boutiques.
Other exterior parts may also be replaced with new ones, so please see the product details page.
At our store, we want to deliver watches to our customers in the cleanest possible condition, so we polish watch cases and bracelets to new finishes to make small scratches less noticeable, and re-plate watches such as Cartier's must-have series. There are some products available.
Applicable products are listed as "newly finished" or "re-plated" in the details column.

About shipping
After completing your order, it will be shipped by Sagawa Express within 2 days. (Excluding our regular holidays)
Domestic shipping charges are free when purchasing products.
If you would like to specify a delivery date and time, please write it in the notes section when purchasing the product.
You can specify the time in the morning, 12:00-14:00, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, 20:00-21:00.
If you change the leather belt when purchasing the product, if the leather belt is not in stock at the store, it will be ordered from the manufacturer.
We will notify you of the delivery date in the order confirmation email.
We will ship by EMS.

About repairs

We will inform you of the estimated cost when we accept the repair.
When overhauling a watch, we work on the premise that it will be repaired, so we ask that you refrain from canceling repairs based on price.
The reason is that the cost of parts other than the basic fee will be the actual cost, and parts replacement will be determined by the craftsman as necessary for continued use.
After we deliver the repaired watch, we provide a 6-month warranty against natural mechanical breakdowns.
Some exterior parts can be partially repaired, such as replacing the windshield or repairing the bracelet.
Partial repairs of internal machinery are not possible.
About warranty
The watch you purchase is warranted against natural breakdowns for one year from the date of purchase. Even after the warranty period ends, we will provide repairs regardless of whether or not it is under warranty, so please use it with confidence.
*Watches that have received Cartier's complete service are covered by Cartier's warranty for two years from the date of the repair statement.
About returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience for both in-store sales and online shopping,
Cancellations cannot be made after ordering.
Additionally, our mail order sales are not subject to the cooling-off system for door-to-door sales.
We will only accept returns or exchanges if the delivered product is incorrect.
If there is an initial defect with the product, we will repair it under warranty.
