Previously, for security reasons, we only allowed customers to make a reservation to visit our store with the intention of making a purchase.
From Monday, January 20th, we will be accepting reservations for customers who wish to see products in person at the consideration stage.
The reason is that when we moved to Tokyo a year ago, we introduced a reservation system.
Due to the current unstable situation, we believe that strengthening security is our top priority, and therefore we have only allowed customers to visit our store with the intention of making a purchase.
And in the past year of operation, we have seen positive results in terms of convenience for tenants and high security.
We decided to make this change because we felt that the results were satisfactory to us.
For customers, the store is now more accessible than ever, allowing them to touch the products.
I think this will be an opportunity for you to become interested in vintage watches.
However, the fact that we operate by reservation only remains unchanged.
