We offer buybacks for watches purchased from our store.

If you wish to buy back,
Please fill in the necessary information in the buyback form below and submit it.

Basically, purchases are made via delivery.
(We also purchase items in-store. Please contact us if you are interested.)

1. The watch must have been purchased directly from a Regalo Vintage Watch store or online.
(Including store purchases in Hiroshima and Fukuoka before they moved to Tokyo)

2. The application must come from the person who purchased the item.

3. If you paid by credit card or shopping loan, all payments must be complete.

1. Please fill in the necessary information in the purchase-only form below, upload photos of the front and back of the watch and accessories (warranty card, box), and then submit it.

2. Our staff will confirm the details and send you an estimate via email.

3. Pack the watch and send it to our store with postage due.

4. The person in charge will check the watch and inform you of the final purchase price.

5. Once we receive your confirmation via email, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account.

After the watch arrives at our store, the estimated price may be reduced if any of the following conditions apply.

・There is damage that could not be confirmed in the photos. ・The watch is not working. ・The battery is leaking.

*If the price is reduced from the estimated amount, you can cancel the buyback, so please feel free to let us know.
