Today is the handover of the Tsukiji office.
I was in business for about a year, but it was a really good office.
Along the Sumida River, a little away from the outside market, which is lively in the morning.
A strangely shaped building built in a quiet residential area that retains the atmosphere of a downtown area.
When I visited for the first time, I immediately signed a contract without thinking anything.
We operated for one year in the familiar Tsukiji area,
We had more customers come than we expected,
I met the most updated restaurant ever,
Once again, we were able to do business in a good location.
It's a really nice place and I'm sad to leave it behind, but today is the last time.
And a new challenge has already begun.
