If it is a long-lasting item, it will continue to function for nearly 10 years without needing an overhaul.
There must be some reason why it isn't working properly.
The most common reason is that the machine is out of oil.
Some are affected by humidity,
Sometimes they can be extremely magnetic.
Regardless of the cause, an overhaul will be required eventually.

The basic fee for an overhaul of this model is 16,500 yen, including battery replacement.
