It's a salty fish that I'm not used to hearing.
The other day, I was invited back from a late show.
"Robata Sankobashi".
A famous long-established izakaya that continues to be loved by locals.
This is a lively shop despite its location being quite difficult to find.
So the other day I received some unusual food.
It's "salted white fish".
I love salted fish and have no eyes,
This is a dish I definitely order when I see it on the menu.
Usually it's squid, but this is the first time I've seen white fish.
Moreover, one of them was so big that I was seriously surprised when it came out (lol)
It had such an impact that I laughed!
Not only does it taste good, it's delicious.
Other dishes include charcoal-grilled mackerel, chicken liver, and stingray fin.
Using plenty of local ingredients,
It's really delicious no matter what you eat.
In particular, the stingray fin is normally supposed to be crunchy and hard.
This one is thick and fluffy.
Needless to say, I was unconscious the entire time.
