Today we received a repair request from a customer we have been working with since Hiroshima.

It was sent to me in a box with the store name on it at the time.

Every time I see this logo, I am reminded of the days when our company was founded.

The reason why we are now operating in Fukuoka is that

This is because of the customers who supported us when we were founded in Hiroshima.

All battery replacements for watches purchased at our store are free of charge.

At that time, the watch you received will be cleaned, discolored, removed magnetism, and greased.

We also perform maintenance other than battery replacement.

Normally, it would cost at least 3,000 yen to repair this much.

I think the repair fee may be more than 5,000 yen depending on the shop.

The reason we do these things for free is to give back to our customers who support our store.

I provide this service because I want to help others in whatever way I can.

Nowadays, you can get anything online and buy anything easily.

However, if there are people who choose our store in exchange for such convenience, we would like to give 120% support .

With this in mind, I started a shop in Hiroshima.

It may be an impossible response from a commercial perspective, but

“Connections between people” are far more precious than the value of money.
