やっと出番が来ました!!

Finally, it's my turn!!

The knitwear I've been hoarding over the summer is finally available.

This one is from an Italian brand called Settifili Cashmere.

In Europe, especially Italy, the knitting industry is thriving.

Because of the mountainous environment, it is said that high-quality knits can be made from sheep and other animals.

By the way, the list price for this item is around 50,000 yen...

I bought it new for around 20,000 yen!

In recent years, knitwear has sold for thousands of yen from fast fashion stores such as Uniqlo.

Cashmere (real or not) is sold for around 10,000 yen.

There are many people who find it enough to wear it for one season.

However, I would like to use something I like for as long as possible,

Poor-quality knitwear often uses synthetic fibers, which can make your body itchy.

I don't think I have any allergies, but I just don't like things,

I think it's better to use knits made from natural materials whenever possible.

However, proper imported wool knits start at around 50,000 yen.

Cashmere costs over 100,000 yen.

It's not great, but I can't buy it!!

However, if you look for something made in Japan, you won't be able to find it.

This is because wool cannot be harvested much in Japan, so knitwear has no choice but to be imported.

This will increase the cost and if you dye it, it will be more expensive than imported products.

So, like fast fashion, are they cheap products manufactured in China or Southeast Asia?

European brand products become polarized.

A shirt or jacket alone won't keep you warm this season, so knitwear is essential.

But high quality products are too expensive to buy...

When I say that, what I have been practicing for several years is

"I buy staple items like knitwear when it's out of season."

There are more things you can buy for less than half the price than you think.

Of course, during the season, items are sold at regular price, and you can often get 30% off during sales.

But what happens if there are unsold items even on sale?

I'll put it on sale again, but there may still be some left over.

In this case, stores and companies will be required to sell their inventory as soon as possible since they will be taxed if they hold it.

That's why there is always a ``danger sale'' somewhere.

A while back, I used to take advantage of brand family sales.

Nowadays, with the spread of the internet, you can sometimes find discounted prices at online shops.

Since you can't see the actual product, it's a little risky to say it's cheap.

In such cases, we recommend

"Let's go to every second-hand clothing store."

Here are my personal predictions,

In the end, I think the store staff entrusts the unsold items to second-hand clothing stores or stores that sell on consignment.

If you think about it normally, it's normal to have new clothes with tags still attached, but there's no way they'd be sold at second-hand clothing stores.

That was a while ago.

Maintaining inventory at a clothing store is extremely difficult in many ways.

I can also understand the feeling of wanting to turn something into cash even if it means losing money if you can't sell it no matter what you do.

If you can sell even a few pennies on a bundle at a second-hand clothing store, you can turn it into cash.

So if you hit every thrift store out of season, there's a chance you'll find something you want.

That's my wild guess (lol)

I've talked to various people about visiting second-hand clothing stores before.

Surprisingly, I don't keep old vintage items in my recent used clothes.

Even if it does exist, it is extremely expensive.

It was a long time ago that you could buy a Levi's 501XX66 early model in decent condition for around 20,000 yen.

I definitely can't buy it now,

If you wander around the store, you may find new items on display.

Even if it's not the latest item, it would be great if you could buy something that is standard and can be used for a long time at a low price.

Although the purpose is different from the old clothing store tours,

The way you enjoy it will change somewhat as you adapt to the times.

“It was this price back then.”

“It used to be ○○.”

I don't understand that feeling, but there's no point in looking back on the past.

As the spread of the Internet has made it easier to obtain a variety of information,

Nowadays, it has become even more possible to enjoy the things you like in your own way.

I also enjoyed the old clothes from when I was in middle school and high school.

It's also good to be able to buy new, high-priced items within your reach.

Nothing can replace the joy you feel when you find a bargain inside of you.

People around 40 and older are probably familiar with second-hand clothes.

Fast fashion may not be so bad, but

It's good to remember the fun of those days once again!
