やっぱり「店舗」必要でしょ?

After all, we need a “store”, right?

The event is finally starting the day after tomorrow.

The Mouret knit I bought the other day.

Knitting even though it’s summer? You may think so, but

If you buy winter clothes in the summer and summer clothes in the winter, you can often buy them for less than half the retail price.

Basically, rather than trendy or cutting-edge things,

I like simple things that are standard, can be used for a long time, and are of good quality.

You can now buy winter items that are hard to find at regular prices.

Now, why did I start with that story this time?

"Buy products at a good price"

You may have some untold stories that you don't want to tell others,

What is “good value”?

I will write my own opinion.

I think online shopping started about 20 years ago.

At first, I was hesitant because I couldn't try it on or see the real thing.

Nowadays, online shopping has become commonplace.

In the early days of online shopping

"Since we don't have a store, we can buy products at a good price because there are no fixed costs or labor costs."

In fact, there were times when you could buy items at the regular price 10-30% cheaper.

However, I noticed that once online shopping became mainstream, sales started to be sold at the basic price...?

Considering the disadvantages of not being able to try it on or see the actual product,

I wonder if it's a good deal if it's about 20% cheaper.

As I always write on my blog, online shopping for vintage items and antiques is risky.

The disadvantage of not being able to see the real thing is huge.

Even so, I'm really grateful that people say they would like to buy it even if I order it online from my store.

Of course, we will respond to our customers in the same way as in-store, and at the same time,

What kind of people are we? Is it worth trusting?

I plan to fully display my "personality" on my blog and social media.

Is it funny sometimes? Is it a story or something? However, I mainly show my daily life outside of the store.

The reason why I do this is

I believe that the main premise for purchasing at a store or online is a relationship of trust.

Since we are entrusting our customers with their precious money and precious time that they have earned through their hard work,

We treat our customers with the feeling that "business = trust."

Of course, there may be some points that are not in time, but

However, we continue to treat all our customers with sincerity.

I believe that it is because we communicate these aspects that so many customers use our services.

When purchasing an attractive item called a watch,

I think price is very important because it is not a cheap purchase.

It is well known that the back and stomach cannot be replaced.

However, if only the price is cheap, is it a good deal?

We don't think so at all.

For example, let's say that a product sells for 200,000 yen at a store, but it sells for 170,000 yen online without a store.

The difference is 30,000 yen, but as I said earlier.

“I can’t see the real thing,” “I can’t even try it on.”

``I don't even know who's selling it.'' ``I'm worried about whether they'll take care of me if I have a problem.''

Is 30,000 yen cheap when considering various risks and disadvantages?

Wouldn't you rather pay 30,000 yen more for it to be done properly?

What we think of as “value”...

Of course, I'm very happy that it's cheaper than the market price, but

It's about having people properly value ``people'' to ``people'' communication.

Make sure that you are properly dealt with in the unlikely event that a problem occurs.

For that reason, I don't think it's expensive even if the price is several thousand or tens of thousands of yen.

Since we are humans, we can't help but make mistakes.

But I think it's fine if you can do something about it properly.

What do you all think?

This event is different from the blog I wrote yesterday.

Many customers use it in Hiroshima,

Although we have moved to Fukuoka, we would like to ensure that you can continue to use our store as it was when we had a store in Hiroshima.

I feel that way too.

Setting up a store can be more difficult than you might imagine.

You may not get the results you expected,

Sometimes things don't go well,

No matter how little sales you make, it costs money.

But the truth is that there are things even better than that.

Relocating can only be done with great determination.

Furthermore, setting up a store in an unfamiliar place was more difficult than I expected.

But having the chance to hold an event in Hiroshima like this,

Being able to feel that joy,

Things you can't do without owning a shop.

What we least want to do is

“Closing stores by thinking only about risks”

I don't want this to happen no matter what.

When I choose a store, I never buy from a store that doesn't have a store.

Because we have a store, you can find great products and great deals.

The knitwear I purchased this time is also located at a store.

Standard shapes and colors from popular brands, and my size is the size that sells in Japan.

It's great that you can buy this for less than half the domestic retail price.

The best thing is that there is a store that offers these kinds of products.

Tomorrow night I will go to Hiroshima and deliver to the customer.

I am truly grateful to have been trusted in this way.

I'm more than happy.

This is the moment when I realize that I am really glad that I opened the ``shop''!!

Oh, now that I think about it, the new knit I bought...it's navy again (lol)
