・About overhaul

We overhaul all watches we sell, regardless of whether they are mechanical or battery-operated.
If part replacement is necessary during an overhaul, we use original parts whenever possible.
(Excluding consumable parts such as spring bars and plastic windshield)

We want to sell some of our products in the best possible condition,

Watches that state "Complete service completed by Cartier" on the product page are
The manufacturer replaces the machines and parts.
24 months from the date shown on the repair invoice.
Repair guarantee in the event of natural failure is available at Cartier boutiques.

・About new finish and re-plating

We want to deliver our products to our customers in the best possible condition,
We polish watch cases and bracelets to make small scratches less noticeable,
Some products, such as Cartier's Must Series, are re-plated.
The relevant products will be stated in the details section as "lightly polished" or "re-plated (coated)."

The watch you purchase will be valid for one year from the date of purchase.
We provide a guarantee against natural failures.
Even after the warranty period has expired, regardless of whether the product is in or out of warranty,
We will take responsibility for the repairs,
Please use it with confidence.
(If the cause is wear and tear on parts, you will be charged only for the parts.)
*Watches that have undergone a complete service by Cartier are covered by Cartier's warranty for two years from the date of the repair invoice.

Q. Is it possible to pay in installments or pay with a bonus by credit card?

Credit card installment payments and bonus payments are available at the store.
When shopping online, select "Credit card (installment payment only)" on the payment screen.
After confirming your order, SoftBank Payment will send an online payment via email or SMS to your mobile phone number.

Q. Can I reserve items?

If you would like to purchase at the store, you can reserve the item from the day before your visit.
Please make a reservation using the reservation form .
(Reservations cannot be made at the consideration stage)

Generally, you cannot reserve items when shopping online.

For both in-store and online shopping, you can hold items for up to one month by paying 10% of the tax-included product price as a deposit.
(Please note that the deposit cannot be refunded even if the purchase is cancelled.)

At the store,

In online shopping,

Q. Can I return or exchange the product?

For both in-store sales and online shopping, returns or exchanges cannot be made due to customer convenience, nor can cancellations be made after the order has been placed.

Additionally, our mail order sales are not subject to the cooling-off system for door-to-door sales.
