When you purchase a watch, you will also receive:
International Lifetime Warranty Card and Cartier Repair Invoice (A4 size paper)

To obtain a warranty, please bring your watch and international warranty card directly to the Cartier boutique.

In addition, products with a lifetime warranty have been completely serviced by Cartier.

- Disassemble the watch components - Clean the case and bracelet - Repair the movement - Run various inspections and then reassemble the watch.
All of the above steps are performed by Cartier watch technicians.
