Regarding the watch repair requested by our client the other day.
Although the request was only for a battery replacement this time, the client mentioned it is inconvenient to be without a watch for daily use,
and asked if we could complete the work as quickly as possible.
While the battery replacement itself only takes about 2 to 3 minutes, we also clean the case and bracelet, so we allow about 10 minutes for all work to be completed.
Normally, after replacing the battery, we monitor the watch for 2 to 3 days to check its accuracy. However, as the client requested an urgent return this time, we shipped it after obtaining their consent that they would let us know if there were any issues with accuracy upon arrival.
