Recently, we completed a watch repair for a customer.
This time, it was a request for an overhaul, but since the exterior required some adjustments, we performed those as well.
This time, the customer only requested an overhaul and no exterior finishing, but the pin connecting the watch case to the bracelet was bent, so we straightened it.
Additionally, the clasp that fastens the bracelet had loosened from daily use, and as it was, the bracelet would easily come off. So, we repaired it to ensure the clasp closes securely.
During the overhaul, we also found that the plate holding the movement in place was broken, and there were several areas that appeared to be damaged by impact. However, all these repairs and replacements were performed within the basic overhaul fee.
Since the watch was purchased at our store, minor parts replacements and adjustments are performed free of charge.
We thoroughly check and repair watches during regular maintenance to give back to customers who have chosen to purchase from our store.
Now the watch can be used for a long time again.
