For watches purchased at our store,

The total work can be completed in about 10 minutes if you give us that much time.
For watches sent by mail, we will conduct an accuracy check for about two days before returning them,
so it will take longer for the operational check than for the actual work,
but we will ensure the work is done properly before returning your watch.
This time, the customer also wanted to replace the strap, so we installed the desired strap.
Strap replacement takes only a few seconds, so it doesn't take much time, and the cost is only for the strap itself.
Some stores may charge a labor fee or shipping costs for取り寄せ (ordered parts) when replacing a strap,
so we recommend checking in advance when requesting work, including battery replacement.
