We recently undertook a watch repair for a customer.
This time, in addition to replacing the battery, we also polished the exterior.
Even though it has been over 10 years since the purchase,
it's quite rare that there were no noticeable accuracy issues after a battery replacement.
The customer requested, "Please perform an overhaul if any problems arise!", so
this time we first proceeded with a battery replacement.
However, since they were concerned about the scratches on the exterior from many years of use and wanted them to be cleaned at this opportunity,
we performed exterior polishing along with the battery replacement this time.
For repairs of watches purchased from us,
we carry out repairs according to the customer's requests.
For example, if you want to change a bracelet-type watch to a leather strap,
or adjust the size of a watch to give to your child,
