Since a battery replacement did not make it operate normally, we performed an overhaul this time.
When this watch arrived, there was a strong fogging from moisture inside the glass, so
upon inspection of the interior, we found that the lubricating oil had run out.
In such a state, even if a battery replacement is performed, it usually won't operate normally,
or even if it happens to operate normally, it will almost always suffer from accuracy issues within a few days.
In any case, an overhaul was necessary, so we performed the work,
and also cleaned the case and finished the glass beautifully.
For battery-powered watches, the cost of an overhaul varies greatly depending on the store,
but at our store, the basic fee is ¥19,800 for items purchased from us, and ¥22,000 for items brought in.
In most cases, an overhaul will make the watch operate normally,
but in rare cases, circuit replacement may be necessary,
in which case we will inform the customer of the details.
