Recently, I've been interested in classic Japanese sedans.
Toyota Century, Nissan President, Mitsubishi Diamante...
While they may not have the glamour of European cars,
it seems their unique Japanese luxury, which is absent in modern vehicles,
is being re-evaluated, and their prices are already soaring.
Classic SUVs also look incredibly cool, and
when I was younger, I longed for a Mercedes Short G-Wagen or a Ford Bronco,
but now that I'm older, I feel that if there's a car that suits an "ossan" (middle-aged man),
it's probably a sedan.

I saw an early model Crown at a Toyota dealership the other day when I had an errand.
The emotion I felt when I saw the round, early model Crown, which I had only seen in pictures,
right before my eyes was exceptional.
If possible, I'd like to drive one someday.
If it can be restored, I'd even like to own one.
If even I, who isn't particularly interested in cars, can feel this way,
then surely this kind of car must be what I'm feeling now.
