The bezel screws were rusted and some parts were impossible to remove,
I was able to apply some force and break the screw out.
The crown does not come out even when pulled,
I broke the axis and destroyed the crown to remove it,
It seems the rust here was also too bad.
For the time being, I managed to remove the machine, but the dial's legs were broken and needed to be replaced.
The dial has many cracks, so I will replace it anyway,
You won't know if it's in this condition unless you take out the entire machine.
Now, how should we go about repairing it?
