We recently repaired a customer's watch as requested.
This time, we performed a complete overhaul along with a bracelet repair.
For the Cartier Santos, a very popular model at our store, if an early model bracelet is attached,
there is a high possibility of damage due to the bracelet's structure.
Unlike typical bracelet structures, this one has a夾み込むような構造 (clamping structure),
so over time or with strong force, the bracelet links can come loose.
During an overhaul, we check for potential bracelet damage,
and if any links appear to be on the verge of breaking, we make adjustments.
You probably don't check the exterior of your watch yourself very often,
so damaged areas can often be hard for an amateur to spot.
During an overhaul, we meticulously inspect the exterior as well,
and carry out repairs to ensure you can use your watch for many years to come.
