不意な事故の時もご安心ください。

Rest assured even in the event of an unexpected accident.

We recently repaired a customer's watch that they had requested.

The second hand came off when it was dropped during use, but

we were able to repair it successfully.

Impacts such as bumps and drops are the biggest enemy of watches.

It's common for hands to come off due to such causes, but

impacts can also damage the base of the hands or internal parts like the balance staff,

which would necessitate part replacement.

While readily available parts are good, if

custom-made parts are required, both the cost and lead time can be considerable.

Fortunately, this time only the hand had come off, but

about 7 years had passed since its purchase, so

we performed an overhaul at the same time.

Also, since the belt was damaged, we replaced it on this occasion,

so it can now be used for a long time again.

For wristwatches, please be careful about water use and humidity,

magnets and magnetic fields from electronic devices like smartphones, and also

impacts such as bumps and drops.

This applies to all wristwatches, regardless of age,

not just vintage watches.

Of course, while digital watches like G-Shocks, which are resistant to impact, are an exception,

no wristwatch is absolutely indestructible.

However, what's important is whether we can "respond" when it breaks or something happens.

All watches sold at our store are repairable,

and we will respond thoroughly should anything happen.

To ensure that you can use the watch you purchased with peace of mind,

we have a comprehensive system in place, so

please choose our products with confidence!
