Watch repair for a customer, which we recently received.
This time, in addition to the overhaul, we also replaced the watch strap.
During an overhaul, the exterior is also cleaned,
but the strap is replaced only if requested by the customer.
Many customers request a strap replacement,
so we provide a list of straps that can be fitted to their watch.
Some choose the same strap they had before,
but others take this opportunity to select a different color or material.
There's no right or wrong choice here;
selecting the same familiar type of strap can rekindle your affection for the watch,
giving you a fresh perspective.
And if you choose a different color or material, the watch's impression will change significantly,
making it feel like you've acquired a new watch.
The old strap will be included when we return the repaired watch,
so please feel free to ask us if you ever want to switch back to the original strap.
A watch's appearance can change dramatically with just a strap.
