Honestly, apart from the popular restaurants, I can't help but feel that it lacks hustle and bustle.
In anticipation of this, I set up my shop in Nishi Ward, far from the center.

Actually, when I moved from Hiroshima, I thought about moving to the center.
We asked all the real estate agents about ``places that will develop in the future'' in Fukuoka City, where we had no familiarity with the area.
About seven years ago, I heard that Kyushu University was moving to a location between Fukuoka City and Itoshima City.
Speaking of Kyushu University, it is one of the most difficult universities in western Japan.
There used to be a school building in Higashi Ward, but it was aging.
The new location is on the border with Itoshima City, which is now attracting attention from all over the world.
The newly built actual school building is large-scale, like a "city."
The fortress-like school building that suddenly appears in the mountains is a sight to behold.
Along with this, the number of dormitories near universities seems to be increasing.
Every time I visit, I feel that new apartments are popping up and the town is developing.
Recently, a new spot has opened near Kyushu University.
"ITO GRAND" is said to have some of the most famous stores in Tokyo.
I think this will attract even more attention from now on.
However, it's extremely hot right now and it's too hot outside (lol)
When it gets a little cooler in the fall, I want to eat on the terrace!

For someone like me who enjoys visiting bookstores and reading books, I found the perfect ``Tsutaya Bookstore.''
I used to use Mark Is Momochi and Ropponmatsu store until now,
It's really convenient because it's close to my home and the store isn't crowded.
There are many other restaurants inside the store, and the frequency of use is confirmed to be 2 times a week!
It's about a 10 minute drive from there,
There are many cafes and restaurants along the coast towards Itoshima.

It takes about 15 minutes by car from Meinohama, where our shop is located, to Kyudai-mae.

I think it's a very comfortable and great place to live.
If you are thinking of moving or emigrating to Fukuoka City,
I definitely recommend the Nishi Ward area.
It's better to have a car if possible, but
Another good thing about Nishi Ward is that you can get everything done without asking for too much.
If you go west from Meinohama, prices are cheaper, nature is richer, and it is easier to live.
