A while ago, we received a request from a regular customer for watch repair.
This time, it was a request for a battery replacement.
All battery-powered watches purchased from our store come with free battery replacement.
When replacing the battery, we also perform case discoloration removal and cleaning,
movement demagnetization,
and gasket lubrication,
all of which are naturally free of charge.
If the watch does not operate normally after battery replacement, we recommend an overhaul,
but if there are no particular issues, we will return the watch to the customer.
In the case of delivery, the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer,
but we hope this service will be one of the deciding factors when purchasing a watch from us.
