Recently, we received a watch repair request from a customer.
This time, the request was for an overhaul and band replacement.
Since this was for regular maintenance of a Must Tank,
we performed an overhaul along with discoloration removal and cleaning of the case.
After cleaning the exterior and performing the overhaul,
we installed a new battery, as quartz watches naturally run on batteries.
Once all the work is completed, we conduct an accuracy check.
If there are no issues, we return the watch to the customer.
The overhaul of a quartz watch typically takes about 3 weeks to complete,
depending on its condition.
Many vintage quartz watches cannot be repaired due to circuit malfunctions, among other reasons,
but for Cartier watches, circuits can usually be sourced, making most repairs possible.
We accept repairs for watches purchased from our store, of course,
but also for watches that have been refused by other stores.
