The repair of a customer's watch that was requested the other day.
This time, we performed an overhaul as part of regular maintenance.
Even though it is a quartz watch, it does not mean that an overhaul is unnecessary.
Depending on the condition of the mechanism, if there are symptoms such as dried-up oil,
performing an overhaul will allow it to operate normally and be used again.
This time, since the customer lives far away, they happened to have an opportunity to come to Tokyo, and
they also wished to have their watch repaired.
Since it was a repair of a watch purchased at our store,
it can be difficult to request repairs at other stores, and the repair costs can also be high, so
we are truly glad that they felt comfortable consulting us.
This time, no damage was found inside, so the repair was completed with standard procedures.
Now it can be used for a long time again.
Thank you very much for using our store again!
