大阪のイベントを終えて

After the event in Osaka

I've only been to Osaka a few times in my life, but only to Umeda.

Osaka has its own face depending on the region, including Umeda, Namba, and Minamisenba.

It's a fun city just like Tokyo,

It is a wonderful town that still retains the culture and atmosphere of the Showa era.

The story about the lady who runs the duck pot shop was especially interesting and it was a fun week.

For this event, I didn't have a stall at the store, but I helped out.

I went in with no idea what the content would be like.

Moreover, the event was held at Osaka's largest department store, Hankyu Umeda Main Store.

Many customers came.

Perhaps it's because of the location, but there seems to be less interest in old watches than I expected (lol).

“Do I have to take it to the manufacturer for repairs after I buy it?”

I feel like I get asked that question a lot.

Well, depending on the item, you can take it to the manufacturer.

In any case, the repair costs are extremely high.

Niwaka says, ``If you have repairs done by someone other than the manufacturer, you won't be able to do the manufacturer's repairs.''

It seems like these vague rumors are taking on a life of their own.

Maybe that's the case with some brands.

However, the watches we handle depend on the age.

You can receive manufacturer repairs even if the item was repaired at another shop.

Also, many people said that the genuine leather strap that came with the watch was better.

If you purchase a watch and ask the manufacturer to install it yourself, you can install it yourself.

However, it goes without saying that each belt costs tens of thousands of yen.

Moreover, since it costs tens of thousands of yen, it doesn't mean it will last long.

Personally, I don't care about the genuineness of the leather belt, which is also a consumable part.

I feel like a good quality leather belt at an affordable price is enough.

I feel that it is better for the watch to replace it as soon as possible if it is damaged.

Even if it's a genuine watch, a worn-out strap makes the watch look pitiful.

Since it is a big city like Osaka, I think there are many watch shops.

There aren't many shops that sell old watches.

It's not like there aren't a lot of people interested, so

I'm planning to hold an event at a certain select shop next month,

This trip was a very fruitful week with lots of useful information.

And this time in Osaka, we will be talking to customers who have been visiting us since Hiroshima.

We were able to meet a customer who has been using our store for a long time through mail order.

I was a little sad that I had fewer opportunities to meet you after moving to Fukuoka, but

Thank you for visiting us at events like this,

I'm really grateful that we can still connect with each other.

Furthermore, all the sales representatives from a belt manufacturer with a branch office in Osaka came to meet me...

Being able to meet people like this that I wouldn't have been able to meet without opening a shop,

I'm really happy more than anything.

I always write on my blog,

There is nothing attractive about a store that can only compete on the price of its products.

People will come to a store that offers fair prices and better service.

There are many people who support this.

In terms of prices alone, our store is by no means cheap.

However, we want to provide 120% service to those who believe in our beliefs and purchase our products.

That kind of desire has come to fruition, and even though they are busy like this time, they still come.

I couldn't be happier.

What I gained from this business trip was really great.

At least our actions helped someone.

That's how I felt.

However, we are not satisfied with the status quo, and in order to continue to be a store that satisfies our customers even more than ever before.

I would like to continue to do my best.

There may still be some areas that are lacking, but

Thank you very much for your support!!
