改めて「なぜ福岡なのか?」

Once again, “Why Fukuoka?”

I was asked this a lot at the event the other day... (lol)

To the friend I met in Tokyo, and to the customer who visited the store the other day.

"Why Fukuoka?" "What's good about it?"

I get asked this question 5 times a month (lol), but I'll answer it again...

“Isn’t Fukuoka really nice?”

It has been said for a long time that ``the food is delicious,'' ``the prices are low,'' and ``there are many beautiful women.''

In fact, the food is definitely better than in Tokyo, and I now have many favorite restaurants.

Prices are surprisingly low.

For 100,000 yen, you can rent a pretty nice room in a rental apartment near Hakata Station.

In Tokyo, it would cost at least 250,000 yen or more,

Fresh foods such as vegetables and fish are harvested quickly and freshly throughout Kyushu.

It can be purchased cheaply because there are no transportation costs.

It wasn’t a lie that the women were beautiful (lol)

This has been said for a long time, even though it was said 20 years ago.

This means that today's people in their 40s and 50s were young.

Since that time, there are many people who are beautiful even as they get older because they are ``Hakata beauties''.

In fact, when I walk around Tenjin, I often see women in their 40s and older who look so pretty that they look back.

Well, these are well-known facts,

For us, there are many reasons why we choose Fukuoka.

Running a store is important, but

Raising children is even more important and must be balanced.

The environment in which children are raised is more advanced in education in urban areas.

For example, public schools in central Tokyo seem to have a higher level of education than private schools in rural areas.

In fact, Fukuoka City is putting a lot of effort into starting a business and raising children.

The educational level of the nursery school our children attend is incomparably higher than when we were there.

The transportation infrastructure is extremely well-developed.

Even if the roads are congested, it doesn't bother me that much.

Furthermore, the city's expressways are well developed, so it doesn't take much time to get around.

The store is located at Meinohama, and Ohori Park, Tenjin, Nakasu, Hakata Station, and Fukuoka Airport are all directly connected by subway.

It was really convenient and helpful when I had a lot of luggage on my recent business trip to Tokyo.

Fukuoka City has many retail stores and department stores.

You can get your hands on trending and seasonal items relatively early,

In terms of ``reading the trends of the times,'' I feel that there is no big difference compared to Tokyo.

Also, many of the sales staff's customer service is of a higher level than in Tokyo.

It's a learning experience for us, and above all, customer service is something you can't beat when running a store.

Every time I go out, I feel inspired and learn a lot.

Regarding the operation of the shop, it has been almost half a year since we moved.

Not only are there more people, but information is also easier to obtain than in the past.

There are also many branch offices of large and small companies, so many people come here on business.

“I had been looking at the website and Instagram for a while and wanted to come to the store.”

There are many voices saying,

Little by little, I began to become convinced that relocating was not a mistake.

In addition to the development in the center, a shopping mall called " MARK IS Fukuoka " will open in front of Yahoo! Auction Dome.

Furthermore, in western Japan, ``LaLaport'', which is only available in Osaka, will open next year.

Fukuoka is becoming more and more popular, so you can find many possibilities.

The Tokyo Olympics are about to be held in 2020, and the development of Tokyo is faster than ever.

Overconcentration is not necessarily a bad thing, but it creates a gap in the speed of information and culture.

When that happens, people come from overseas and Japan's attractions are not limited to its urban centers and cultural heritage.

It would be a shame to return home without knowing the true beauty of Japan.

Although it may not be as big as Tokyo, urban development in Fukuoka City is also impressive.

I'm sure people from overseas will enjoy the abundance of food, easy access, and unique culture such as street food stalls.

And our business is not just about selling watches.

At the recent event, I was convinced that overseas buyers are already appreciating the appeal of domestically produced watches.

In other words, the charm of vintage watches,

Especially if we can spread the appeal of domestic watches more widely,

I believe that the store's concept of ``proposing a lifestyle through watches'' can be realized even more strongly and for many people.

Perhaps more foreigners will want to live in Japan after learning about the quality and depth of Japanese-made watches through domestically produced watches.

You might even meet a handsome guy wearing a Seiko watch... (lol)

Personally, I hope there will be more people like the super beautiful Seiko France lady who came to the previous event.

The sight of King Seiko is like fainting...

that? What were you talking about? ?
