Actually, I have loved mentaiko since I was a child.
Mentaiko is the happiest souvenir from my father when he returns from a business trip.
You can eat it as is or bake it,
I really love it because it can be used not only for pasta but also as a secret ingredient.
Since Golden Week starts tomorrow,
There are already 3 groups scheduled to visit from Hiroshima, so
I decided that I needed to know about a restaurant that was seriously recommended, so I went here in a hurry.
It's a famous store that I've been curious about for a while and it almost always appears in magazines and social media.
This time I went for lunch and had the set of ``mentaiju and mentai nikomi tsukemen.''
The first time I went to a store, contrary to its exterior, the interior was extremely luxurious.
It's such a high-class shop that I'm pretty nervous, so I'm a little scared (lol)
To be honest, lunch here is not cheap at all.
I thought it was because I was spending money on things like this...
You can tell when the food is served.
This is a volume that makes you understand even if it is quite expensive.
Moreover, the amount of mentaiko was unprecedented.
As you can see in the photo, the real mentaiko is huge!
And the soup stock for the tsukemen is full of mentaiko (lol)
You'll have to be prepared for gout before going to this restaurant, but it's delicious.
It was a store worth visiting at least once.
It's been a while since I've had such an impactful lunch.
It has become one of the restaurants that I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Fukuoka.
