Most of the adhesive can be removed after about 30 minutes of soaking, so
Use a toothpick to remove the ground surface of the case.
Peel the adhesive off the corners, being careful not to scratch the case with a needle.
After removing the adhesive, install the glass.
What I often use these days is a special adhesive that cures with UV light.
This is also the same as nail polish, but the principle is the same.
If you can substitute something familiar, that's the best.
I used to use a two-component adhesive, but it took a long time to harden.
Mixing the adhesive was also a hassle.
If it is a UV type, the strength will not change that much,
