There are 3 days left.
The event will be around in no time after the event is announced.
This event has important meaning for us, so
He seems to be in a better mood than ever before.
It has been about 4 months since I moved to Fukuoka.
I'm glad that there are still many people who are reluctant to relocate.
I would like to write about ``Why did we move?'' once again.
My wife and I are originally from Hiroshima,
When I was a child, I moved from the countryside of Nomi Island to Hiroshima city.
My wife moved from Hokkaido when she was in the upper grades of elementary school, so
To be honest, I don't really get the image that people have of us as a "local" place.
I moved to Tokyo after graduating from high school,
I feel like I've moved further away from that image.
After that, I went back to Hiroshima and when I talked to my classmates and customers,
“○○’s food is delicious, isn’t it?” “I often go to ○○.”
I often can't keep up with such conversations,
"This is a local story. There's nothing like that at all."
That's what I thought.
If you think about it, living alone in a place where no one knows,
Because I was working, I had more relationships with people older than my classmates.
Well, you don't know anything about Hiroshima (lol)
On the other hand, for those going to Tokyo, we introduced famous local izakaya restaurants.
There's one in Tsukishima...Oh, I don't want to tell you about it because I don't want it to be crowded when I go (lol)
When I told him about a familiar restaurant like a Chinese restaurant in Shinjuku 2-chome,
I'm happy when someone says, "I'm glad you taught me that."
But in the end, if you ask me where my hometown is...I don't really know!
The watch shop is run by two people like that.
Traditionally, shops are often community-based, or rooted in the local area.
However, we just don't have that way of thinking.
because…
I think the world has become much more convenient since we were children.
Transportation, transportation, and information infrastructure are developing at a tremendous pace.
Nowadays, even national borders seem to no longer matter.
After all, you can take classes from famous American universities online.
The world has changed so much,
Moreover, the world is changing at a speed and quality that exceeds our imagination.
Do we have to remain the same as before?
“Sticking local” is one option, but
As our store aims to "propose lifestyle through watches,"
Our goal is not just to buy a watch,
We want you to wear your favorite watch and look fashionable when going out with your loved ones.
We put this thought into our store's concept.
So why “Fukuoka”?
One of the largest cities in Japan, located approximately 1 hour by Shinkansen from Hiroshima.
It has good access not only to Tokyo but also to all of Japan from Hokkaido to Okinawa.
When going overseas, there are also air routes to major cities in Asia and elsewhere.
Furthermore, the city of Fukuoka itself is extremely ``rich.''
As you know, the food is cheap and delicious.
The transportation infrastructure in the city is well-developed and it is convenient to move around.
And the girl is cute... (lol)
There are probably not many cities in Japan with such well-developed soil.
Fukuoka is the perfect place to express our proposals.
But I was really worried about moving.
There may have been other ways from many points of view.
But we don't want to regret not doing what we want to do.
And if we have a concept as a store, we have no choice but to prove it ourselves.
By doing so, in addition to having customers buy watches,
I believe that I can provide you with "exciting dreams."
It's not bad to have the same weekend and the same members as usual,
"A special day unlike any other"
I believe that experiencing this will enrich your life.
This is not to say that it is narrow-minded to make a binary choice such as ``Hiroshima is bad, Fukuoka is good.''
If you can complement each other's strengths with the strengths of each region, it will be even more enjoyable to the second and third power.
If you're local and have other fun places, you should definitely go.
If you can receive new stimulation there, your own thinking will expand.
Because please think about it.
We are taking on a challenge in a land that no one knows and we don't have anyone to rely on.
We hope that our actions will give someone courage.
It's only been a few months since we moved,
It would be great if we could make this an event where people can feel something by returning to Hiroshima.
Because of this feeling, this event has an extraordinary feeling.
"Let's throw away our books and go to town."
Borrow this word
“Let’s throw away our smartphones and go outside.”
We are looking forward to your visit!
