Can I place an order from outside Japan?

We offer international shipping. Restrictions may apply depending on the destination and the item. Add your chosen item to your cart and enter your shipping address to check the available shipping options. If no shipping option appears, please contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

For international orders, we accept credit cards, PayPal, and Wise. Our installment and bonus payment options are not available for credit cards issued outside Japan.

How can I check the shipping method and cost?

We ship by EMS or DHL, depending on the destination. Add your chosen item to your cart and enter your shipping address to check the available shipping methods and costs.

When will my order be shipped and delivered?

We normally ship within two business days after confirming payment. Leather strap changes or additional bracelet links may require extra time. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Please see our Global Shipping Guide for details.

Can I track my package?

We will provide a tracking number after dispatch. You can check the delivery status using the carrier’s tracking service.

How can I find out the amount of import duties and taxes?

What are the warranty and repair conditions?

Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order?

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference, or cancellations after an order has been placed. Faults covered by the warranty are handled through repairs. If you receive an item different from the one ordered, please contact us.
