At our showroom, installment and bonus payments are available only with credit cards issued in Japan.

For online purchases, please select “Credit Card (Installment Payments)” at checkout. Online installment payments are also available only with credit cards issued in Japan.

After your order has been confirmed, you will receive instructions for completing your online payment by email or SMS.

For showroom visits, we can hold a watch from the day before your scheduled appointment. Please make a reservation through the Reservation Form.

For online purchases, we generally do not offer holds.

However, for both showroom and online purchases, we can hold a watch for up to one month with a deposit of 10% of the total purchase price (including tax).

Please note that deposits are non-refundable if the purchase is cancelled.
