for natural malfunctions can be received at Cartier boutiques.

[Regarding case re-plating]

Cartier's Must series cases are vermeil-plated.
Vermeil plating refers to the traditional technique of applying gold or rhodium to sterling silver (925).

Our re-plating process includes:
・Disassembling the watch case and cleaning the exterior
・Stripping off the old plating with chemicals
・Polishing to remove small scratches from the base (SV925)
・Re-plating

Re-plated products reproduce the original beauty of a vintage item as if it were newly sold.
