[About case replating]

Cartier's Must series cases are vermeil-plated.
Vermeil plating is a traditional technique where gold or rhodium is applied to sterling silver (925).

Our replating process involves:
・Disassembling the watch case and cleaning the exterior
・Removing the plating with chemicals
・Polishing the base (SV925) to remove minor scratches
・Re-plating

Replated products, while vintage, recapture the beauty they had when originally sold.
