Cartier's Must series cases are vermeil-plated.
Vermeil plating refers to the traditional technique of applying gold or rhodium to sterling silver (925).

Our re-plating process involves:
・Disassembling the watch case and cleaning the exterior
・Stripping the plating with chemicals
・Polishing the base (SV925) to remove minor scratches
・Re-plating

Re-plated products, though vintage, reproduce the beauty they had when originally sold.
