Cartier Complete Service includes the disassembly and cleaning of the watch components, movement repair, inspection and adjustment, and reassembly, performed by Cartier watch technicians.

Products that have received Cartier Complete Service come with an original Cartier repair invoice.

For 24 months from the date stated on the repair invoice, the watch is covered by Cartier's repair warranty for natural failures resulting from normal use, subject to Cartier's terms and conditions.

After the Cartier repair warranty period ends, our store will continue to provide repair support, allowing you to enjoy your watch with confidence for many years to come.

To request after-sales service, please ship the watch to our store in Japan. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from our store, whether the purchase was made in Japan or from overseas.
