時間調整のやり方を教えてください(笑)

Please tell me how to adjust the time (lol)

An old Omega quartz constellation received from a customer the other day.

It was overhauled at our shop quite a while ago.

I don't know how to adjust the time (lol)

This time, I am requesting a battery replacement.

The battery is also a little special and is not in high demand.

I went to two local hardware stores and couldn't find it for sale, so I bought it from a material store.

It's a set of 5 pieces, but I won't be using the other 4 in the future (lol)

I replaced the battery and it works now, but I don't know how to adjust the time.

Some older quartz watches have difficult to operate methods.

You will realize how excellent and convenient the quartz watches currently on sale are.

Crown and push button on the crown side,

It's hard to tell, but there's also a push button in the middle of the crown.

Pull the crown to operate the hour hand, press the push button below to quickly advance the date,

The push button on the crown stops the second hand...

I have no idea how to advance the long hand and no matter what I do, it doesn't work.

It seems that the long hand cannot be operated because it does not respond at all even with the common long press.

If there is some sort of malfunction, the hour hand shouldn't be able to be operated...maybe.

So, in my secret...

Remove the battery until the minute hand approaches the time.

With 2 minutes left, tighten the terminal and move it.

Afterwards, the second hand can be stopped, so adjust the time while looking at the time signal.

Honestly, I don't have any other ideas so I have no choice but to do this.

It's working for the time being, so I think this is fine for now.

Some old quartz had special operation methods,

Sometimes there are things that have structures that you can't even predict.

It is also unique to quartz that there are many different types of watches than mechanical ones.

But rather than manufacturing so many different things,

It would have been better if they had made something that was easy to operate and had easy-to-use circuits from the beginning...

This circuit is no longer available, so

If a circuit defect occurs, it cannot be repaired.

If possible, I don't want to repair this type of watch anymore (lol)
