This watch has been overhauled by our store.
When replacement parts are required during an overhaul, genuine parts are used whenever possible.
All watches purchased from our store are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against natural failures resulting from normal use.
Even after the warranty period has ended, our store will continue to provide repair support regardless of whether the repair is covered by the warranty, so you can continue to enjoy your watch with confidence.
To request warranty service, please ship the watch to our store in Japan. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from our store, whether the purchase was made in Japan or from overseas.
If replacement parts are required due to wear or deterioration, only the cost of the parts will be charged.
Watches purchased from our store are eligible for the following complimentary after-sales services for life.
Magnetism Removal
We provide complimentary demagnetization for watches affected by magnetism.
Bracelet Cleaning
For watches with bracelets, we provide complimentary bracelet cleaning.
Battery Replacement
For quartz watches, we provide complimentary battery replacement.
We continue to support you after your purchase so that you can enjoy your watch comfortably for many years to come.

Frequently Asked Questions
At our showroom, installment and bonus payments are available only with credit cards issued in Japan.
For online purchases, please select “Credit Card (Installment Payments)” at checkout. Online installment payments are also available only with credit cards issued in Japan.
After your order has been confirmed, you will receive instructions for completing your online payment by email or SMS.
For showroom visits, we can hold a watch from the day before your scheduled appointment. Please make a reservation through the Reservation Form.
For online purchases, we generally do not offer holds.
However, for both showroom and online purchases, we can hold a watch for up to one month with a deposit of 10% of the total purchase price (including tax).
Please note that deposits are non-refundable if the purchase is cancelled.
