For selected products, we have the watch serviced by Cartier through Cartier Complete Service so that we can deliver the watch in the best possible condition.

Cartier Complete Service includes the disassembly and cleaning of the watch components, movement repair, inspection and adjustment, and reassembly, performed by Cartier watch technicians.

Products that have received Cartier Complete Service come with an original Cartier repair invoice.

For 24 months from the date stated on the repair invoice, the watch is covered by Cartier's repair warranty for natural failures resulting from normal use, subject to Cartier's terms and conditions.

After the Cartier repair warranty period ends, our store will continue to provide repair support, allowing you to enjoy your watch with confidence for many years to come.

Products that come with a Cartier International Lifetime Warranty are currently eligible for Cartier Complete Service and technical services free of charge, without a fixed expiration date, at Cartier boutiques in Japan.

If replacement parts are required, the cost of the parts will be charged separately.

When you purchase the watch, we will provide the following documents issued by Cartier:

• Cartier International Lifetime Warranty Card
• Original Cartier Repair Invoice (A4 size)

When requesting warranty service, please bring the watch and the Cartier International Lifetime Warranty Card directly to a Cartier boutique.

The cases of Cartier Must series watches feature traditional vermeil construction, in which gold plating is applied to 925 sterling silver.

Cartier Must series watches feature a vermeil specification with 20-micron plating applied to 925 sterling silver. Our re-plating is also finished to a thickness of 20 microns.

Our re-plating process includes the following:

• Disassembling the watch case and cleaning the exterior
• Removing the existing plating using specialized chemicals
• Polishing the 925 sterling silver base to refine minor scratches
• Applying new plating to a thickness of 20 microns

Re-plated watches retain the character of a vintage timepiece while being restored to a beautiful condition reminiscent of their original appearance.

Watches purchased from our store are eligible for the following complimentary after-sales services for life.

Magnetism Removal

We provide complimentary demagnetization for watches affected by magnetism.

Bracelet Cleaning

For watches with bracelets, we provide complimentary bracelet cleaning.

Battery Replacement

For quartz watches, we provide complimentary battery replacement.

To request after-sales service, please ship the watch to our store in Japan. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from our store, whether the purchase was made in Japan or from overseas.
