[Cartier] Cartier Must Tank SM late model Tobi Roma with genuine D buckle

A later model Mast Tank that underwent a minor change around 1999, with changes to the dial design and case size.
The flying Roman dial, which has been in the lineup since the previous model, has been renewed with a more subdued design.
This is a piece that really showcases Cartier's high level of design.
