[Cartier] Cartier Santos Octagon SM Automatic 18KYG x SS

This is one of the Santos series that was introduced in the 1980s.
This is Cartier's first item made from stainless steel and is highly practical and attractive.
The now rare SM size and automatic winding specifications are also an attractive feature unique to vintage models.
