[Cartier] Cartier Must Tank LM Hand-wound Black Roman with genuine buckle

The black Roman dial is only found on the hand-wound models that were released early in the production line.
The black color of the railway design, which is rare for Cartier, makes this an extremely valuable piece.
It is in relatively good condition with no major damage.
